As you well know, today's real estate market is extremely complex. Choosing a part-time or inexperienced agent simply doesn't make sense. This is especially true when they are a friend or relative! My business plan is simple: I listen carefully, and then I maximize my client's investment by giving them the kind of advice that can come only from a seasoned professional. I was born and raised in a small town in Missouri. After graduating from the University of Missouri I spent 12 years teaching at the junior high, high school and university levels in both Missouri and Arizona. After leaving teaching in the 1990's, I became a realtor, and then a broker.
In Arizona brokers are required to have experience, expanded education, and pass supplementary exams. There really is considerable disparity between inexperienced agents and brokers.
